Hirch Ballito / Umhlanga KZN

I’m am absolutely shocked at the poor service I have received from Hirsch in Ballito and Umhlanga. I purchased a quality hisense washing machine from them just over a year ago. They sold me the extended warranty for the item as well. I have now had a fault on the door rubber and the machine leeks whenever I use it. I reported the matter to a hirch more than 3 months ago and after numerous promises from the manager at Hirch Umhlanga for the item to be replaced and continuos apologies from them for there terrible service and blaming Hi Sense for not supplying them. I have offered to pay for the item as well and this has also not helped. I still have a leaking Hisense washing machine! I am shocked by the service and will not purchase from Hirch Again. You guys need to up your game and provide your clients with warranty solutions and resolve. I donor advice purchasing items from Hirch’s and definitely do not advice taking out extended warranties.
