Hectic day rescued by great service!

<p>I went to Hirsch's in Umgeni to buy a gas hob as my old electric hob needed replacing. Afterwards I realised the gas hob could not be legally installed as there was an electrical outlet within 200 mm of the hob. I phoned the sales person, Cruz Naidoo, to ask if I could exchange the gas hob for an electric hob of the same size. He phoned me back and assured me that it would be fine to exchange the item, even arranging for it to be ready for collection.</p> <p>I am really impressed at the level of service I received. I was having a hectic day and was pleasantly surprised by the trouble they went to! All the people in the store were very friendly and helpful the whole time. Excellent service, thank you very much! I will be buying all my appliances from this store in future :)</p>
