Have been waiting for repair on three month old vacuum cleaner

<p>We handed our Kärcher vacuum cleaner in at Hirch's on the 6th of January 2017. This machine is only 3 months old. They promised 15 working days for repairs. When we enquired at first they said that Karcher need to order a part from Germany and they can' t tell when it will be back. WE phoned them a week later just to get no reply. Friday 3 January I received a call to say that the part has arrived and that I will receive my vacuum cleaner today. needless to say that they did not contact me at all. Bad bad service I will never buy from them again. makro would have given me another vacuum cleaner long ago.</p>
