Handles of fridge

I bought a Fridge at Hirsh's on the 27th of February cash and was delivered but i am still waiting for the company to come and put the handles, we managed to connect and test the fridge ourselves if its working as we see that they are not coming. I have been calling the company since Friday of the 1st of March to come and put the handles of the Fridge but even today no one came to my premises they keep promising that they will come i really don't know what must I do now, I even called yesterday and they promised as usual but I am still using a fridge without handles this morning.

Please assist.
