Haier Fridge NO Repair

I bought a Haier Refrigerator from Herchis in May 2019. The ice dispensier stoped working after 3 Months. We contacted the Silver lakes Store where we Bought the fridge who indicated that a technician will phone us in 24 hours. A week later we phoned again after no contact from them. The technicians number was provided. 3 weeks later they finally came to inspect the Fridge .... WITHOUT THE REPLACEMENT Part. The technician was not contactable after 6 December. We then went to the Silver lakes store to see if they can resolve it on 23 December. They have indicated that Herchis not longer stock Haier products, ever though we found a Haier fridge on their floor and that the fridge can only be repaired in Jan when the technician reopens. In summary we by a high eng fridge form Herchis, it works for 3 months and then stop working. We then wait 3 Months an it is still not fixed. .... The are better stores in SA. The bigger chain stores would have replaced the fridge on day 1!. CERTAINLY our first and LAST perchance as Herchis
