Great service from Hirsch's Silverlakes

Our new dishwasher that we recently bought from Hirsch's Silverlakes started giving problems. As there were some issues with spares, Hirsch's Silverlakes immediately offered an exchange or upgrade. We chose to upgrade to a Siemens IQ500 Dishwasher, but when the new dishwasher was delivered, we were disappointed by the poor build quality and obvious factory defects.

We made a video of the defects and sent to Jeffrey the Siemens rep. Once again, Hirsch's offered a no fuss exchange.

Everyone, from Join (the store manager?), Jeffrey the Siemens expert, the receptionist and the delivery crew were friendly, competent and professional.
