Great service from Hirsch's Centurion!

A really big up to Mark Duckham of Hirsch's in Centurion for going to the extra mile to find me a part for my discontinued Electrolux vacuum cleaner. Emails every day, pictures back and forth until he found the perfect part. This is the kind of service that is so rare, these days. What a pleasure dealing with a person and company like this. Electrolux didn't even bother to reply to my email, let alone try and help me :-(
