Great price, What Warranty? R7K De'Longhi now cost R12k while in warranty

Bought a delongho coffee machine at Hirsch price was great but beware of the warranty with the delonghi. Bought a R7k machine ha snow cost me + - R12k not even 1 year into the warranty and I was without the machine for over 4 months. They blame ****roaches. Yes I do have a few, I live in a smart druban apartment that gets fumigated every 3 months. Their machine is not strong and the warranty is pathetic, hirsch repairs front desk was good but helping the customer and getting a repair done was so bad.
