Grafton Everest Couch

On the 9th of July i purchased a Grafton Everest couch from Hirschs in Centurion and i was told that the couch would take 4-6 weeks until completion as they were going to customise it with our choice of fabric that they offer. The salesman Rodger has assured me he would keep me up to date every week since i needed it ASAP because i had relocated to JHB 2 weeks prior to purchasing. He had not given me a call as promised, i decided to call him 3 weeks later, he told me he'l get feedback by end of business which didn't happen. I then called the next day and his excuse was his suppliers aren't giving him any ETA's. I had then spoken to his Manager Selvin who gave me the same excuse. Two days later i get an email saying my couch has arrived when i called they said its a mistake its not my one, After being frustrated i had then spoken to Richard Hirsch who is in charge of the Grafton Department and he as well took a day to give me proper feedback, I was then promised by Richard via SMS that my couch would be delivered on September 4th and Selvin confirmed deliver with me as well however up to date i still didnt get delivery. It is absolutely disappointing and unprofessional. <br>
