Good service from Hirsh's

I tried unsuccessfully to order a new washing machine from Makro (shocking customer service, couldn't answer my queries), so I went to Hirsch's. Cost me a little more but the service was great. Michelle, the customer liaison lady, was so helpful and all my questions were answered. There was a hiccup with delivery, but the delivery people were great; unpacked and installed my new machine in double-quick time. Next time I shall probably just skip the (awful) Makro experience and go to Hirsh's.
