Good service

I bought a fridge which turned out to be faulty. Hirsch reported it and it took 5 visits from the brands company before it was accepted that it had to be replaced. It was a long, tense time , but I always went back to Hirsch to ask them to take charge. They worked hard on our behalf and eventually won the case for use. A good example of customer service.
