Frustrated

Service is absolutely horrible, would never recommend this business to anyone. We bought sofas in November and was promised that we would receive it on the 15th of December. When the date came and the sofas didn’t arrive we called the sales person and he mentioned that it has arrived but someone at the store put it in the floor, which makes no sense as they already have one on show. We were then told to wait till the 6th of January when that data arrived he then told us that there is a delay and we will have to wait til February and cannot confirm when. How does it take such an established to make such mistakes and then blame another staff member in the process. The sales person goes by the name of Caleb by the way, Hirchs processes are absolutely fraustrating
