Fridge less than 2years old endless problems

I purchased a KIC fridge less than 2years old from Hirsch Pietermaritzburg. Technicians from KIC have already replaced gas yet i have an ongoing problem with the fridge. The freezer over ices, the fridge is leaking,makes a big noise. The first time the technician came out their replaced the gas, that was the cause of the noise. I have reported to Hirsch 3weeks ago about my problem. To date the technician from Kic is still making their way to my place. The water is leaking damaging my cupboards. This fridge was sent to me as a replacement for the mistake of selling the other.The first fridge I purchased the saleslady sold it. When I went to pick up, there was no stock, my fridge was sold. I am starting to think this was a replacement fridge that was lying in stock as \dead"stock"
