Fridge disaster turned into customer for life

I bought a Fridge/Freezer from this branch during September. There was a problem with the unit whereby the baskets kept on falling out as soon as they are loaded with anything. Hirschs arranged for a technician from the factory to inspect the unit. It was found to be defective and they immediately offered to replace it with a different product. We decided to rather upgrade to a double door and pay in the difference. We were then sent a fridge that was slightly different to the one we ordered. This fridge was then replaced by the correct one that we ordered, but unfortunately this replacement fridge had some damage. This could not have been forseen. Once again they offered to replace the unit with a different product. By the time that this final replacement product was ordered and delivered it was offered for cheaper elsewhere. Hirschs did not even think twice to match the sale price elsewhere and give us a difference for the balance. Well done Pam.
