Forced to keep Faulty water purifier

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received while trying to return a water purifier that simply does not work as promised. I purchased it based on the features I was told it would provide, and it failed to do even the basics. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the staff kept insisting that I keep a product that does not function properly.

The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they made me feel like I had no choice but to keep a faulty purifier. I’m frustrated, and frankly, I feel cheated.

All I am asking for is a refund for a product that does not perform as advertised. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend buying from here until they learn to stand behind what they sell.
