FILTHY GOODS

Purchased a Mellerware Sandwich toaster from the store today. Opened the seal only to find the item is not only old and used but its been uncleaned, messed with cheese an oil and god knows what other things! This is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! To spend thousands of rands at the store and then to find this?? It's not only disgusting but it's unacceptable! Hirsh's will definitely not be my first choice for shopping anymore!!!
