Extremely poor service from Hirsch's Ballito. Went on Monday 01/05/2024 after inquiring about an Smeg gas/electric stove black marked at 8499 from Tasveer on 30/04/2024.Stopped by at the branch early part of the morning. Branch was suppose to open at 8.30am.I was number 12 in the line. Branch opened at 9.00am.I was given to go ahead to walk in. I approached the sales lady as soon as I walked up the stairs pointing to the stove I was intrested in as I walked to stove and turned around she walked away. As I went to call her again a few meters away another person sales person came with another customer who was number 16 an said the stove was now sold. I than asked the same lady if another was available and she said she will ask the other black lady who had list and said only one they was only one unit.a few minutes later I noticed another couple walk a few aisle away asking about a white color stove exactly the same. It was available and they purchased it. This couple was way behind me in the queue. The original sales lady I dealt with she did not as she only knows about Elbi stoves. This branch seems to making special requests for friends as customer
