Faulty Iron

I bought a 55inch tv,18kg top loader,dish washer,iron & some kitchen tools,my iron start heating up even putting it on a low temperature doing all my selection after my salesman promised me that they good with after sale service to find out they not even willing to do an exchange of R700 but looosing a value customer
