Faulty BOSCH stove

Si i bought a BOSCH stove last year 2023 at HIRSCH'S SPRINGFIELD, after installing it i noticed 2 plates were not functioning the i called the shop, they sent an electrician to check on it, tgen they fixed whatever.. now this year we experienced the same problem but all the plates were not working only the oven is. I then called them again they sent another technician who happened to broke the DB BOX and they couldn't fix the stove either they told me because theres dirt on the stove (cocroaches) the claim will be null. My argument is this stove fave me the same problem while it was brand new, now its giving me the same problem its now my fault. Please help me with this stove issue cos its so unfair.

Another thing the technician they sent brock down my electrical db box, i stayed the whole day with no electricity, they only sent an electrician to fix, he then bypass electricity we only had lights, no geyser no stove. I must fix everything myself. Tell me jow is all this possible. Thank you
