False advertising regarding stock availability

Bought a devise advertised on Hirsch's website 22 July 2020, 7-10 days waiting time. 2 Months later, still nothing and I have to keep on asking when. If I need a a refund, I need to wait again... not very helpful staff. Have even send e-mails and received reply back once, rest of the time they just ignore the mail. I can get the device from any other place today with NO waiting for stock. Hirsch's will not see me again :(
