Failure to deliver, lying to customer

So I had purchased a Bed base, mattress and fridge from Hirsch's on 11/11/2014, we agreed that all of the items to be delivered on the 1st of Feb 2015. On the 1st of Feb they delivered only the fridge and mattress, but no bed base, they assured me that the base will then be delivered early next morning of 2nd of Feb 2015, nothing had arrived in the morning so I contacted them to see what was happening with the delivery, and I was informed that the base had been loaded onto the delivery truck I just had to be patient it will be delivered soon, few more hours pass, but yet no base has arrived, So I contact them again around 3pm and ask where is the truck with the bed base? I am then asked if it can be delivered tomorrow? it is then clear that the base had never been loaded onto any truck and that I have been mislead by the delivery department of Hirsch's. I now feel that once Hirsch's has got your money they don't really care about giving good service or about getting the products you bought delivered to you
