Factory Rejects

I bought an extractor, hob and oven from Hirsch's in March this year. Had them installed and moved in, in August. Been eating take always and throwing away half cooked food ever since. ALL THREE ITEMS ARE FAULTY!! and I can't get them to sort it out. ***! Never again will I set foot in a Hirch's store.
