Extremely poor service. No customer care

Simply appalling service from this company (Ballito Branch) It has been months now and yet no feedback, update and willingness to help

A repair was sent in. An item that was brand new in condition and under guarantee, parts where replaced and an old item was returned to me. They refused to assist saying that it is my fault and I have to accept what they are giving me...
