Extremely impressive service

I was desperately in need of a new washing machine. I chose the one I wanted on the Hirch's website and then phoned the Umhlanga branch. I spoke to Jay and she checked for stock and told me they had. So I confirmed the order over the phone and she put me on to a cashier who processed an instant EFT payment request. I clicked a few buttons on my phone to process the payment and they immediately confirmed receipt. Within 90 minutes the washing machine arrived at my house! They fitted and connected the machine and took my old one away. Unbelievably efficient service from all involved! Well done Hirch's! I wish all retailers were as good as you guys!
