Extremely disappointed customer

<p>I am extremely disappointed with Hirsch's in Springfield park. I purchased a gas /electric hob on Sa****ay I paid for the item and was told to pick it up from the warehouse on their premises . I went to pick up I was told they have no stock I was told to come back on Monday. When I went on Monday</p> <p>afternoon I was told its still not in and to come back today. I went again and they still did not have stock. They have charged me for the item but I haven't received anything as yet. The worst part is no one has the decency to call me and tell me what's happening.</p>
