Extreme bad customer service on Hisense fridge from hell

This review is for Hisense & Hirsh Fourways. I bought a Hisense fridge end of October 2024. This fridge is so unbelievably loud, it comes alive in the night, it makes loud thuds & knocking noises. It's disturbing & preventing me from sleeping. I am 48 years old & never in my life so far have I been waken up from sleep by a fridge!!!! Even last night this fridge made loud noises at 2:11am, I woke up in shock & I could not go back to sleep. I lost count now how many nights I was awakened from deep sleep by this stupid fridge. I logged a call with Hirsh fourways 3 weeks ago muself, reference number ***, there is ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY from Hisense brand, & from Hirsh Fourways, meanwhile me the client has to send another night with 2 hours of sleep !!!!!!!

Please note, i WILL NEVER BUY THE HISENSE BREND AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I WILL ALSO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIRSH FOURWAYS TOO, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO ME. I HAVE NOT SLEPT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP THE LAST 4 MONTHS DUE TO THIS STUPID STUPID FRIDGE FROM HELL.
