Extended Warranty on Maintenance of Washing Machin

It has now been seven days without a washing machine and we are a family of four! We bought the extended warranty for maintenance on the washing machine we purchased from Hirschs. The techs came, cleaned out a pipe and guess what, it is still not working. Three phone calls later, washing machine still not repaired. I am one unhappy customer.
