Extended warranty

I bought a TV in March 2015 and took an extended warranty. I have the paperwork for the warranty, "maintenance contract". All my details and the details of the TV is on the document and it is signed and dated. On Monday, 21 January 2019 I phoned Hirsch's to let them know my TV is not working, it switch on and off. Natasha in repairs said she'll send a technician out, she just need my maintenance contract. I e-mailed it and phoned to find out if it was received, she had PC problems and asked me to WhatsApp it to her and gave me her cell number. Later she phoned to say the maintenance contract isn't valid because it doesn't show on their system that it has been paid for. I asked to speak to the manager and spoke to Farhaana. According to me, I have a legal document stating that I have an extended warranty which she agrees to but according to the system it doesn't show that it's been paid for so the maintenance contract isn't valid. I then go on and ask her to explain to me how can I have a maintenance contract if I didn't pay for it, she says that it's happened before that salesmen does that. Now how can this be happening??? It just doesn't make sense. Why will they let me leave the store without paying for it??? I then ask to speak to someone with more authority and says she will first speak to him and explain everything and then ask him to phone me, she doesn't want me to wait on the phone. I then give it some time and phone back and speak to Floyd the regional manager. He says he will take it further and get back to me.

Tuesday, 22 January, I phone to speak to Floyd to get an answer w.r.t what's happening with my TV. He says he didn't get an answer yet and will call me back. He phones me after a few minutes and tell me he spoke to the boss that is here in Cape Town and he says if there is no record of payment then the maintenance contract I have is not valid and he is sorry there is nothing he can do about it.

This is Hirsch's Milnerton.

I'll NEVER buy from them again. I'll rather go to Game, I've received much better service from them.

I go on and on telling Floyd that I have a legal document stating I have an extended warranty and they wouldn't have let me leave the store without paying for it and Farhaana said it's happened before but Floyd confirms that it isn't common practice for that to have happened.

My payment cannot be picked up on their system, I hear what they saying but it doesn't cancel the fact that I have a legal document stating that I have an extended warranty.

All they say is sorry no payment no extended warranty!!! They didn't even bother to say they'll check it out and that I must pay for repairs, nothing at all. They just dismissed my case.
