Extended warranties are a waste of time!

Please do no take an extended warranty on your appliances! These people aren't able to help you if something goes wrong. I made contact with them a month ago and they still haven't been able to fix my oven. They do not communicate and you have to keep on phoning to find out what is wrong. Please do not buy any Whirlpool appliances as it seems that they are not able to get parts for these! They have terrible after sales service!
