Extended Guarantee – SMEG OVEN

Why spend the extra money on an EXTENDED GUARANTEE? This means nothing, they don’t have quality people attending to your problems. I’ve been struggling since August 2015 with my SMEG gas oven that only works for 5 min at a time. They keep on sending people that are unable to fix it. The technician will replace parts and open the gas and … and…. and with no results. Thus my remark why pay for the extended headache?
