Ext warranty,4 repairs later & still NOT WORKING!

Why report on [URL Removed] when Company's don't respond. You lack basic CUSTOMER SERVICE - shocking! That's probably why we getting nowhere with this problem. So who will provide the support when things go wrong? Facts: My parents bought a Fridge on 10.05.2012. They took out an EXT 3yr warranty:Expires 10.05.17. Repairs done over Oct/Nov 4 times in 2015, they replaced compressor, thermostat & re-gas. It worked periodically for a while & now its NOT WORKING AGAIN:17.2.16. Further loss of foods & again sitting with no fridge. You are taking my folks for a RIDE. If it cannot be repaired, and clearly after 4 attempts this is OBVIOUS, then REPLACE IT. Job#411944. Save us the visit to the store directly and please contact Lynette Barker on *** URGENTLY to resolve this issue once and for all. If no luck [which might be the case], we will be at the store this week.
