Expensive call out fee and no repair

We have an urgent repair for our Defy stove that we needed today to bake a birthday cake for tomorrow. I told them that it was a burnt out element on our Defy 735 oven. They said that they will come on Monday if I pay the call out fee of R790. I paid on Friday to expedite the repair. They arrive today to have a look. No parts. They stare at the element and say that they will send a quote for parts and labour. What a waste of time and money. Useless.
