Exceptional Customer Service

I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and today I want to give this lovely lady her flowers! 🌸

Nonhlanhla, the Assistant Store Manager, deserves to be recognised for the exceptional way she handled my query.

From the moment she took ownership of my concern, she demonstrated professionalism, respect, urgency and genuine care. What impressed me most was that she followed up with me early this morning to ensure that my concerns were being addressed.

This is what exceptional customer service looks like. 👏🏽

Unfortunately, the level of service I received from Customer Care did not come close to what Nonhlanhla delivered. She showed that it is possible to listen to a customer, take ownership and actually follow through.

Well done, Nonhlanhla! 🏆 You are truly a gem, and Hirsch’s is fortunate to have someone like you representing the business.
