I have been dealing with a gentlemen called Suhail Khan from the Hirsch Umhlanga Branch. The service is exceptional along with Hirsch's excellent policies to match or beat prices. Because the service I receive from Suhail Khan is so great, I never purchase an item from somewhere else if Hirsch stock the item.
