Excellent service

i called Hirsch's to enquire about items I'm looking for. <br> Dean took the initiative and located stock from another store and kept me in the loop. <br> he made all the arrangements needed and my driver was able to walk in and out of the store within minutes. <br> Dean even took the liberty of calling me when the driver left to advice my goods are on the way. <br> <br> this is what i call excellent customer service and I'm very happy to have dealt with Dean. thank you very much :)
