Big shout out to Elisha from Hirsch's. I emailed requesting to buy a TV. She promptly responded, followed up with me and made sure all was ready for the collection of the TV. I subsequently had an issue with one of the parts that came with the TV. Elisha ensured LG were here the very next day with a replacement part. Elisha is a true asset to Hirsch's and I look forward to shopping by them in the future.
