Excellent Customer Service

This review is specific to Hirsch's Milnerton. We purchased a Grundig hob and oven a few years ago. Due to delayed renovations it was only in use for a few months since purchase (but that is beside the point). The unit began to severely malfunction so we logged a claim with the manufacturer but also informed Hirsch's about the situation as we were really struggling with the manufacturer in terms of repair. Hirsch's, specifically their salesman Wesley D, took our case on and followed it up from their side, eventually getting the manufacturer to agree to a refund so that they could offer us a different unit. Hirsch's has discontinued the brand so a direct exchange was not possible. Hirsch's facilitated the whole thing and we were given a brand-new unit from a different brand almost four years after purchase!

I am thoroughly impressed!
