Excellent after sales service from Hirsch's Fourways

I bought an LG microwave from Hirsch's Fourways about 2 years ago. When it developed a fault I phoned Hirsch's to ask whether they could recommend a repairer.

I was surprised that all I needed to do was take the unit to them. They sent it to LG for repair, and called me to fetch it when it was done - all at no cost and with zero hassle!
