Eventually a Happy Ending

The Manager for Hirsch's Four Ways turned out to be the star, following a month battle with Samsung SA to have the top loader 13kg machine returned for failure to wash clothes clean. The Manager phoned me to go and pick up an alternative washing machine of my choice. I was happy to pick up a Bosche 9kg front loader which has been working problem free. I even took a friend to buy kitchen equipment from this shop as they are redoing their Kitchen. Eventually this was a happy ending.
