Dreadful courier delivery

I bought a phone from Hircsh's Online Homestore, via the FNB Partner shop.

I was able to overlook at extraordinary long 10 day delivery time ( When Takealot delivers in 2 ), paying more for the device, and extra for delivery ( compared again to Takealot ) with the FNB/eBucks Discount.

Hircsh's selecter courier, Sunrise Couriers delivery was just awful. Driver couldn't find the address which was correctly recorded on the waybill. How is that even possible in a world with Google Maps and GPS?

Over a period of 40 minutes, while I'm on work calls, the driver must have sent 15 voice notes, and call attempts. Sending a location pin on Whatsapp didn't work.

At one stage the driver asked me to come stand and wait in the street in case I see him.

I get deliveries all the time, from all sorts of shops and courier companies, and this has been the first time in years that a driver couldn't find the address.
