Dont worry its coming tomrrow

The level of service at Hirsch’s Springfield has moved past *********** and is now bordering on deceptive and *******.

My TV has been with them for over 10 days under an extended warranty. Every day, Cole and Shogun give me the same scripted lies: The manager will call you, or The tech is in Ballito. Meanwhile, I am without a TV and without any real updates.

Here is the kicker: They are flat-out refusing to disclose the model number of the replacement part they are fitting (a screen replacement).

As a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), I have a right to disclosure of information. By withholding the part details, they are effectively asking me to trust them blindly that they aren't swapping my high-end QLED panel for a cheap, generic substitute. This lack of transparency is a direct violation of fair business practices.

It’s clear what’s happening here:

They don't have the staff (one "rotating" technician for the whole region?).

They are failing to honor the "peace of mind" promised by their extended warranty.

They are intentionally withholding technical specs to avoid accountability for the quality of the repair.

I have already waited a week for a "tomorrow" that never comes. If you want to be **** to by people like Cole and Shogun while your expensive electronics are held hostage, by all means, shop at Hirsch’s. If you value transparency and the law, stay far away.
