Don't support Hirsch's - They Lack Integrity

We purchased a Samsung TV from Hirch's a couple of years ago. My wife contacted Hirsh's about our TV which was faulty. Hirsch's sent a technician to assess the problem and quote to repair. We promptly paid for the call ot fee. They then requested a payment of R5500 to cover the cost of repair. About two weeks later 2 technicians came with the part and proceeded with the repair. The technicians said that the fault diagnosis was incorrect and they took away the new part and said the TV could not be repaired.

It has been more than 6 months now that we are waiting for a refund for the incorrect part. After several correspondences we have had no joy - just lies about imminent payment being made. We have been dealing with Hirsch's for many years but this experience has really put a damper on our confidence in this company. All we're asking for is a refund for the incorrect part.
