Don't buy from Hirsch's

I bought 3 ac units from Hirsch's Springfield about 1.5 months ago. For the first unit the ac salesman didn't tell me that the Samsung unit did not swing left to right automatically, which was my requirement. I moved that unit to another part of my house. I then bought the Alliance split unit with inverter technology, which stopped working after 1.5 years. After numerous calls to Hirsch's over a full month, they eventually sent out a technician, at my own cost of R690, to tell me that the ac is not working! They informed me that the board cost is R3000. After spending R14k on an ac, the least one would expect is that it would definitely not last only 1.5.years. It is not a consequence of load shedding, as we do not have that as a result of our location. Hirsch's service was terrible, and after dealing with them having bought numerous items of high value from them, I would NOT recommend them at all.
