Do not use Hirschs

We bought a double door fridge and were told it would be delivered in two weeks. More than two weeks went by with no word from the store. They thought it was delivered and it turned out that Pam from Fourways didn't order the fridge. They order it and then place it on the sales floor instead of delivering it to us. They should not have that stock on the floor as this was the last fridge, which is unacceptable. We ask for as refund and still we get no joy from the manager Christie, sales agent Farouk. They promised to do it all this morning and again they didn't show. I have phoned and phoned and they just ignore us. They are sitting with our money and we can get no action from them. Do not use them ever in your lives. You don't need the stress and they do not give good client service and will keep your money with no regard for not delivering from their side.
