DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HIRCH'S!

All I can say is - DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE PLATFORM!. I placed and order online on 23 November 2022 - the item reflected in stock. On 25 Nov I get an email saying they are awaiting stock, although the item still reflected as 'Ïn Stock" on the web page. Today is 15 December 2022 - no further updates have been provided from Hirch's. No response to emails either. Really bad experience!
