Do not expect service after making a purchase

I contacted the Somerset West branch on 12 November. The guy told me my dishwasher was still under warranty and he has put in a request that someone will make contact with me to arrange for fixing - after a day, I contacted again, a woman picked up and could not find my profile - she said she will phone me back - never received a call. I did a online enquiry on the 19th - nothing resolved.

No contact has been made.
