Dissatisfied with Hirsch

A few months ago I called in to report a problem with a pressure cooker I had purchased, the knob needed replacing. I did not hear back from Hirschs. We had to go in and I am hoping they can back up their products by attaining this attachment as the pot was rather expensive. I hope i am not disappointed because when i see some of the negative reviews it does prove to be scary concerning the after sale service.
