Dissatisfied customer

I purchased a lounge set in July 2021. In September 2021 the fabric was getting starting to get move around I called the store Hirsch Umhlanga someone finally came out in dec 2021 and said that the factory did not put the fabric on properly. So they sorted it out. Now on the same couch the arm is collapsing and I called my sales person. But I’m not getting any response. They are claiming we damaged it but it looks like the frame is collapsing I’m sure there is suppose to be some sort of warranty on the frame since it’s not even a year and it’s falling apart. I assumed I was getting quality from Hirsch. But was so wrong.
