Dissatified Service

The service at the Milnerton Branch is extremely disappointing. I made a purchase of a washing machine on Saturday, 25/11/2023, with the assurance of delivery by Thursday, 30/11/2023. Despite numerous calls to Hirsch's from 30/11/2023 to the morning of Sunday, 03/12/2023, the promised delivery never occurred. Even now, the machine has not been delivered.

On a Sunday, I received a call stating that they were outside ready to drop off the machine. However, I had consistently informed every representative I spoke to that I would not be at home over the weekend. The lack of assistance and accountability from their end is frustrating, as it seems no one is willing to take responsibility for the situation.
