Dissapointed with Hisense @Hirsch's Silverlakes

I bought a Hisense washing machine in March 2024. I reported then and even now that it doesn't dispense fabric softener. I was told at Hirsch's Silverlakes in Pretoria that I will not get a refund. They changed the machine after two weeks of reporting and even the new one isn't dispensing the fabric softener. I talked to the manager but I haven't been refunded because I no longer trust their products.
